For this month's Italian Language meditation, we present: " If you want me to love you, let me crave you." An apt start to the month bringing us both Valentine's Day & the Lunar New Year/Spring Festival.
Cravings are our bread and butter, or crostini if you please! For primi/starter we have a winter crowd pleaser, a creamy mushroom risotto with wild porcini garnish. Our main event is a succulent pork loin with rosemary & garlic throughout. Our sweet this month gives us a chance to highlight a heritage ingredient, more on this in our socials! Our cheese offering will be giving everything; creamy richness from the cheese, a balance of bitter-sweet from the walnuts and a bite of pickled celery to clean it all up.
