I'm not saying it's a once in a lifetime occurance... but...

There will be time to explore before dinner and the setting is truly breathtaking. You can check it out from their website on the link below. There is a sauna and a jacuzzi, plus excellent walks in the vicinity to help one work up an appetite. Dinner will be served from 19:00 onwards.
Saturday - March 16, 2024
Beginning the day, breakfast is served from 8:00 - 10:00. For all of those who would like to get out for the afternoon, we will be heading down to Pontremoli's market in the city's Piazza or you may prefer to sample a wine tasting at Cantine Lunae. We will be back for a dinner at 19:00. Chef James Golding will be cooking up a feast to celebrate the occasion!
Sunday - March 17, 2023
After a good start with a Rustichello breakfast, the afternoon is all about a leisurely afternoon of breaking bread and chatting charcuterie. Kicking off with Richard's bread at 16:00, we demo our way into degustation.
Bread and Charcuterie. These are the absolute staples of Tuscan cuisine. Panzanella, Ribollita, Papa al Pomodoro, to name only three, all begin and end with bread. Cured meats hold hands with all of these dishes and is the very backbone of the philosophy to eating in Tuscany.
As we talk through the finer points of bread and charcuterie, James, Dhruv and Richard carry on to offer up a series and selection of small plates to fill the belly.
Monday - March 18, 2023
After enjoying your breakfast, today is time to check out and head home or onward to new adventures. Check out time is 10:00, but we will be looking forward to the next event!
