James is returning from Lunigiana laden with the fat of the land and we are so pleased to be bringing home the tastes to Cases in Brunswick Town, Brighton & Hove.  Steve Pineau's energy and enthusiasm for hospitality, fine libation and general joie de vivre have been uplifting our spirits for the better part of a decade.  We've eaten, foraged, hunted and then raised a glass to toast our successes with this gentleman across the UK and Europe.  Our next great adventure leads us to discover Italy and Tuscany, each on our own tangents.  We reconvene to share notes and offer the results and spoils to you: our guests.

Tonight we are serving up a 5 course menu, Steve and his team are on hand to assist you with wine selection & pairings from his considerable collection.
